One price, set by what you run at home and how often we come, shown on this page before you pay. There is no joining fee, no call out fee and no surcharge for picking your own day. The only extras that can ever apply are a $25 same-day cancellation fee, a $25 fee if we arrive and cannot get in, and a plan correction if what is at your place does not match the plan you booked. Each one is shown to you before it is charged. If you run a ducted system and splits, ring us and we will price the pair as one visit.
