Questions people ask

What does it cost?

One price per service, set by your size and how often we come. The exact figure is on that service page before you pay anything. There is no joining fee, no call out fee and no surcharge for picking your own day. The only extras that can ever apply are a $25 same-day cancellation fee, a $25 fee if we arrive and cannot get in, and a size correction if the booked size does not match your place. Each one is shown to you before it is charged.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time from your account, no phone call needed. We stop your visits and refund anything we have not done.

Will I get the same person every time?

Wherever possible, yes. You see who is coming, their photo and their real rating, before they arrive. We cannot promise it every single visit, because people get sick and take holidays. When it has to change we tell you up front, and your notes and access details go with the job.

Do I have to be home?

No. Most of our customers are not. You save your access details once, a key safe code or a side gate, and you get a notification with photos when the visit is done.
