One price, set by how many bins you have and how often we come, shown on this page before you pay. There is no joining fee, no call out fee and no surcharge for picking your own day. The only extras that can ever apply are a $25 same-day cancellation fee, a $25 fee if we arrive and cannot get in, and a plan correction if the bin count does not match the plan you booked. Each one is shown to you before it is charged.

No. Leave the bins out after your collection and we clean them where they stand, then put them back where we found them. You get photos in your app either way.
We clean what we can and tell you. If a bin is still full we do not charge you for a clean we could not do, and we move it to the next visit.
