Questions people ask
One price, set by the size of your system and how often we come, shown on this page before you pay. There is no joining fee, no call out fee and no surcharge for picking your own day. The only extras that can ever apply are a $25 same-day cancellation fee, a $25 fee if we arrive and cannot get in, and a size correction if the booked size does not match your system. Each one is shown to you before it is charged.
Yes, any time from your account, no phone call needed. We stop your panel cleans and refund anything we have not done.
Wherever possible, yes. You see who is coming before they arrive. We cannot promise it every single visit, because people get sick and take holidays, and we tell you when it has to change.
Most homes choose twice a year. If your roof stays fairly clean, once a year works too, and you can change how often we come at any time from your account.
